To schedule property photography, book online at The Lens House Booking Portal or call our office at 757-821-7998. If your preferred date isn’t available online, please give us a call. We may still be able to accommodate your request.

No, you do not need to attend the photoshoot as long as we have property access via lockbox or owner access. For tenant-occupied or potentially challenging appointments, we do request that either the agent or owner be present to help ensure the shoot runs smoothly.

Both virtual tour options provide an interactive 360° walkthrough of the property, allowing potential buyers, especially out-of-town clients, to explore the home before visiting in person. The primary difference is platform compatibility and formatting. For example, Zillow only supports Zillow 3D Home tours. Please keep this in mind when selecting the best virtual tour option for your listing.

If rain is forecasted, we will assume the shoot is proceeding unless we hear otherwise. We will make every effort to capture the necessary exterior photos during dry periods. If you prefer to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll provide the next available appointment options.

Yes, we’re happy to accommodate edit requests. Please note that edits may require an additional 1–2 business days depending on the complexity of the changes.

We strive to deliver all media promptly while maintaining the highest quality standards for every client. Our HD Photography service is typically delivered the next day between 1–3 PM. During peak season, video delivery may require an additional 24–48 hours. Virtual staging is delivered within two business days after the photography is completed.

If you have completed a photoshoot with Nick and Carrie’s team within the past 12 months, an account has already been created for you in The Lens House Ordering Portal. To access your account, select “Get Password Link” on the sign-in page and enter the email address previously used for your photoshoots. You will receive an email with instructions to set your password.
